We are looking for a seasoned People and Culture Business Partner to join the TechnologyOne People & Culture team based in our Brisbane HQ. You will join an outstanding team of People and Culture professionals with responsibility for delivering a compelling customer experience to our business leaders and we support our growing global teams to deliver outstanding results for our customers.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Operating as a trusted advisor to provide coaching and support for leaders in the business and to ensure professional and timely execution of core people activities
- Partner with the broader People & Culture team to manage universal and cyclical people activities including employee relations matters, recognition and reward, workforce planning, talent & succession planning, performance management and learning and development
- Constructively challenge business leaders to make decisions that reinforce our strong culture and represent best practice
- Delivering organisational change initiatives and provide guidance and support to the business on communication and changes processes
- Identifying and promoting new ways of working and empowering approaches to people management in support of delivering on the business strategy

**What you’ll need**

You will be an experienced human resources practitioner with the following:

- Degree qualified in relevant discipline
- Proven demonstrated experience in developing highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of contemporary human resource practices and related legislation and industrial instruments
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving, identification of the root cause of complex issues
- Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even beyond the standard People & Culture remit
- Proven ability to secure and analyse a range of quantitative and qualitative information and use this in developing strategies, plans, policies and solutions that meet individual and organisational needs
