**About the Role**

In this diverse and hands-on role, you will provide operational HR support across key functional areas, while working closely with managers and employees to foster a positive, compliant, and supportive workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Operational HR Support**: Deliver accurate, culturally sensitive advice and guidance across all areas of HR, including employment relations, performance management, and general HR processes.
- ** Rehabilitation & Return to Work**: Manage workplace injury cases end-to-end, supporting employees through recovery and facilitating their safe return to work.
- ** HR Projects**: Assist in the planning and execution of key HR initiatives and projects that align with strategic business goals.
- ** HR Administration**: Maintain accurate and timely HR records and documentation, while supporting other administrative tasks as needed.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to provide trusted HR support and promote a positive work environment.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar HR advisory role, ideally within hospitality or a fast-paced industry.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience with injury management and return-to-work coordination.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
