Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, APAC
Permanent Role
Location: Sydney, Australia
Due to very high business growth, Kantar Public has a very exciting new opportunity available for a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to deliver on our hiring plan in APAC, notably in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and to the Regional CEOs for APAC, you will be the enabler within the APAC business on all Talent Acquisition matters. You will build close working relationships with the Business Leaders, local HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop, implement and drive the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talents in the region.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide advice and direction to leaders and managers on recruitment best practises
- Write attractive job adverts and post the roles on the different job boards depending on the role and country requirements
- Work with local leaders and HR to build an attractive employee value proposition across the APAC region
- Constantly seek for opportunities to drive Talent Acquisition process improvements and work to implement them locally
- Partner with the country business leaders and managers to ensure high quality TA delivery, handle critical issues and provide hiring updates and metrics
- Contribute to & deliver agreed components of Kantar Public Global and Regional People Plan as required
- Ensure full utilisation of all TA tools to analyse, monitor and report hiring effectiveness while ensuring high data accuracy
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner across multiple geographies in a business that operates a complex matrix. Solid understanding of the Market Research and/or Consulting professional services industries
- Proven track record of hiring across APAC, especially in Singapore and Australia by partnering with the business in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated direct sourcing / head hunting capability
- Confident, lots of high energy, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to “get things done”
- Well-organised and adept at effective prioritisation of multiple responsibilities
- Able to create deep, trusting partnerships
- Ability to be flexible and agile in approach to projects and work activities and to deal with the unexpected
