Your Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our RPO team onsite with our Australian owned and operated furniture retailer client, Fantastic Furniture Our client is one of Australia's most well-known furniture and bedding manufacturers and their retailers and superstores can be found in every major metropolitan city and regional towns, with over 75 stores across Australia.

Based out of their headquarters in Western Sydney, you will be leading a small but high performing Talent Acquisition team of 4, who are truly collaborative, innovative and deliver forward thinking recruitment strategies. As the onsite face of PeopleScout you will build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, quickly developing your understanding of the clients' business. You come with an understanding of reporting, metrics and analysis, along with an ability to use this data to develop meaningful conclusions.
You will carry a portfolio of white collar recruitment requisitions across the retail and corporate space nationally, whilst leading the team in the delivery of both white and blue collar positions.
You will also be exposed to a number of exciting and innovative continuous improvement initiatives which are implemented by PeopleScout.
You may be coming from agency land and looking to work closer and more in depth with an engaged client group. You may be coming from an inhouse role and looking for more autonomy and ownership, coupled with extensive support.
