**Your Role**

Step into the role of Talent Acquisition Lead, where every day promises excitement and rapid pace in delivering top-notch recruitment services.

We're looking for collaborative, enthusiastic individuals with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Your proactive approach and ability to handle ambiguity and challenges will drive engagement and alignment across all levels of stakeholders, earning you the trust and support of executives and key decision-makers.

In this critical position, you'll lead Talent Acquisition efforts for HR, Risk, Finance & Legal divisions, overseeing a small team of consultants and implementing tailored strategies. Your focus will be on simplifying processes, optimizing efficiencies, and enhancing our employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing. **This is a 6 month max term contract based in Sydney.**

**About You**
- Highlight experience in a leadership position within Talent Acquisition, assisting and leading indirect or direct reports
- Resource, demand management and negotiation skills
- Strong experience in liaising and consulting with senior stakeholders
- Foster collaborative relationships internally and externally
- Experience using Recruitment and Selection assessments, tools, systems and technology
- Manage multiple priorities in order to achieve agreed outcomes in a timely manner
- Ability to utilise data and reporting to enable data driven insights
- Showcase your ability to work within and adapt to a changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
