About the Role
As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Lead and collaborate in working capital solutions for new to bank and existing customers within Commercial
Provide ongoing quality service to identified account managed customers
Subject matter expert for payments and cash management products to provide appropriate solutions to different customers
Deliver and maintain high standards across all processes within Transaction Banking, ensuring excellent customer service
Job grade is aligned to the complexity of both the customer and their requirements

What will your day look like?
**As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you are accountable for**:
Drive profitable, sustainable growth of the Transaction Banking products in Commercial
Drive customer centric outcomes for NTB and existing customers by ensuring complete needs analysis and appropriate solutions development
Support customers migration to digital channels as well as providing cyber security education
Maintain focus and uplift on account managed portfolio by undertaking regular Transaction Banking Reviews and Working Capital Analysis packs to drive portfolio growth objectives
Extend excellent customer experience to account managed customers by providing quality, timely and precise responses to customers
Strengthen and deepen the value of the customer relationship by educating customers with key insights on how they can use Transaction Banking better
Strong engagement and provision of high quality information in to central support teams to enable quality pitch documents
Raise the Transaction Banking brand and profile through collaboration and customer engagement as well as active engagement with stakeholders and enablers
Identify risk issues within processes and determine remediation requirements
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Transaction Banking product knowledge (both Commercial and Institutional) commensurate with expectations of job grade (for higher grade roles we expect higher level of expertise)
Financial background with a strong understanding of the Payments Industry
Sales and networking experience with relationship building skills and the ability to manage clients
Solid negotiating and influencing skills, strong presentation skills
A genuine desire to contribute to the team whilst developing Transaction Banking experience
Ability to use initiative and work autonomously in ensuring deadlines are met
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated computer literacy
The ability to read and interpret financial data
