About the Role
As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you will be responsible to the follwoing:
Lead and collaborate in working capital solutions for new to bank within Commercial.
Drive customer centric outcomes for NTB customers by ensuring complete needs analysis and appropriate solutions development.
Prepare and present high quality pitch documents to new to bank clients
Support new to bank customers migration to digital channels at the outset as well as providing cyber security education
Maintain focus and uplift by undertaking regular Transaction Banking Reviews and Working Capital Analysis packs to drive portfolio growth objectives
Extend excellent customer experience to customers by providing quality, timely and precise responses to customers
Actively engage with relationship partners to achieve customer outcomes

What will your day look like?
**As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you are accountable for**:
Drive profitable, sustainable growth of the Transaction Banking products in Commercial
Drive customer centric outcomes for NTB customers by ensuring complete needs analysis and appropriate solutions development
Prepare and present high quality pitch documents to new to bank clients
Support new to bank customers migration to digital channels at the outset as well as providing cyber security education
Maintain focus and uplift by undertaking regular Transaction Banking Reviews and Working Capital Analysis packs to drive portfolio growth objectives
Extend excellent customer experience to customers by providing quality, timely and precise responses to customers
Actively engage with relationship partners to achieve customer outcomes
Strengthen and deepen the value of the customer relationship by educating customers with key insights on how they can use Transaction Banking and digital channels within their business
Strong engagement and provision of high quality information in to central support teams to enable quality pitch documents
Raise the Transaction Banking brand and profile through collaboration and customer engagement as well as active engagement with stakeholders and enablers
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong understanding of Transaction Banking Solutions and Sales requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and client focus
Ability to work autonomously, work with a team and solve problems quickly
Solid negotiating and influencing skills, strong presentation skills
A genuine desire to contribute to the team whilst developing Transaction Banking experience
