The purpose of the position is to process daily Corporate Deposit Account transactions. This includes Inward/Outward remittance, account administration, online banking systems, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing of all transactions in accordance with market practice and internal requirements, including specified time frames.
- Opening and maintenance of Corporate Deposit Accounts.
- Process daily Corporate Deposit Account activity (eg. SWIFT inward/outward remittances etc).
- Administration and processing of ANZ Agency Clearing transactions
- Co-ordinate with OPD, Corporate finance and AOTD departments for related transactions.
- Administration of their Global e-Banking Service.
- Timely and accurate preparation/deliverance of periodical statistics and reports.

**Key Competencies/Experience**:

- Good understanding of transactional banking processing with experience in similar role.
- Payment systems knowledge and experience e.g. SWIFT.
- Well organised with high accuracy levels, attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to identify and resolve errors and discrepancies.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team.
- Tertiary Qualification preferred.
- Understanding of the local clearing systems e.g. HVCS, BECS and APCS preferred.
