In the role of **Associate Director**, you will join** the CIB Transaction Banking team** that’s doubling down on **customer obsession**

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Execute and shape retention and growth strategies for a national Transaction Banking portfolio
- Deliver actionable insights and product feedback to influence roadmap and customer outcomes
- Engage cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Ops, Product) to solve complex client needs
- Promote customer advocacy through deep relationship management and solution delivery
- Champion risk management, compliance, and continuous process improvements

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Strong understanding of transactional banking, its value proposition, and implementation
- Proven experience solving complex customer problems through cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with general banking systems, and client reporting tools
- Risk and compliance mindset, with experience in policy adherence and escalation management
- Tertiary and/or relevant professional qualifications
