The Pricing function is part of the IWPB Product team and will support the Secured Lending and Deposit Product teams with operational, analytical, and strategic pricing initiatives.

The Pricing Manager role will report to Pricing Lead and will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of a centralised pricing function for the HSBC Bank’s suite of products and executing pricing strategies that optimise volume and margin trade-offs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Maintain discretionary pricing frameworks and operations for the Bank’s Secured Lending and Deposits products.
- Support the Product team with trusted advice on pricing optimisation through the development pricing models that enable visibility of customer elasticity, accurately predict product substitution, and support margin optimisation initiatives.
- Implement reporting and engagement rhythms to improve systems, processes and personal development.
- Assist Pricing Lead to guide investment into capability that improves system, processes and personal development.
- Ensure documentation of processes, global policies and procedures are in place and maintained which includes mapping of business processes with appropriate controls and obligations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business-related field and relevant experience in pricing, margin trade-offs and pricing models.
- Strong understanding of drivers and levers of the lending and deposits portfolio.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and able to analyse and interpretate data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
