A bit about your role

A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Manager Pricing, reporting to the General Manager Pricing, where you will be an integral part of the Pricing team, helping to identify and drive pricing initiatives that will deliver to product objectives and strategy.

In your new role as the Manager Pricing, you will manage the pricing process that will identifies and implements strategic and tactical pricing opportunities and will be key in developing the pricing strategy and pricing roadmap across all technologies and products.

Moreover, you will be working with stakeholders to help achieve buy-in for those strategies. You will work with the General Manager Pricing and a broad stakeholder group to support the development of residential and business pricing strategies and initiatives to enable nbn to achieve its financial and strategic objectives.

You will also be accountable for monitoring key pricing analytics and for providing regular updates on implications for nbn. You will ensure strong pricing governance across nbn as well.

As the Manager Pricing, you will be required to assist with developing a compelling pricing narrative that can be shared externally and you will also support the pricing program of work in the lead-up to and execution of pricing consultations.

You’ll be a member of a collaborative team, where you will contribute to, positively support and be part of a high-performance team culture to successfully deliver on the nbn and team purpose, strategy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

A bit about you

To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of the Australian and Global telecommunications sector and adjacent industries and you will have virtual team management and project management skills with an ability to manage the delivery of high-quality outputs against demanding, competing timelines. You will also have strong general business acumen combined with cross-functional management experience to solicit stakeholder’s input.

You will have strong presentation and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior associates.
