Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, this role is required to support the Electrification of Liebherr Mining Excavators. The successful applicant will provide expert guidance, technical advice to Liebherr service personnel and customers to truly represent us as ‘Best in Class’. This role is Perth based with some travel to customer sites as required.

- Provide expert guidance and technical advice to LAS’s and Customer maintenance staff
- Assist with and conduct; diagnostic evaluation of equipment failures, repair and installation of Liebherr equipment components and modules
- Contribute to the development and management of electrical component forecasts
- Contribute to the development of locally held inventory and acquisition/procurement of parts
- Provide expert guidance to LAS and customer on machine electrification requirements

**About You**:

- Licenced Electrician or holder of an electrical contractors licence.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, strong communication skills dealing with customers, regulators and suppliers
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- High Risk Licence EWP, LF, WL, WAH
