Process Control Systems (PCS)

Fleet Management Systems (FMS)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the
    go-to Level 2/3 OT specialist
    , delivering technical support across critical service groups.
  • Maintaining and enhancing OT standards, documentation, and processes.
  • Developing and executing strategies to keep infrastructure resilient and reliable.
  • Working hands-on with
    compute, storage, and communication systems
    in a complex environment.
  • Collaborating with IT and OT teams to drive improvements and share expertise.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends through training, workshops, and seminars.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years' technology experience, with proven success in
    large-scale, mission-critical environments
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    data centre technologies
    (servers, storage, virtualisation, backup/recovery).
  • Hands-on skills with platforms such as
    Citrix, HyperV, VMware, Pure, NetApp
    .
  • Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python) and networking knowledge (bonus).
  • Exposure to PCS (GE Simplicity a plus) and a
    safety-first mindset
    .
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
