**The Opportunity**

We are looking to recruit an Associate Director (ESG Building Consultant) to be based within Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You are likely to have an engineering and sustainability background and will work as part of a larger Pacific team, further building and expanding this growing division.

A results-orientated and collaborative individual you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in assessing building performance from a sustainability perspective.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- ESG Due Diligence reporting
- Completing Energy and Water Audits and Net Zero Carbon Reporting for client assets and portfolios
- NABERS Improvement Plans
- Climate Risk Reporting
- Managing sustainability certifications, particularly Green Star Performance
- Developing ESG Strategies for clients
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mech/Elec)
- Experienced within the ESG building sector and with business development capabilities

**Experience in the following will be an advantage**:

- Green Star Performance
- NABERS
- Renewable energy procurement
- WELL Building Standard
