Redpath Partners are delighted to be working alongside a leading client-side consultancy who are looking for an Associate Director to join their growing Sydney team.

Our client has a proven commitment to excellence, consistently delivering exceptional results in the dynamic sectors of private schools, schools’ infrastructure, and large-scale commercial enterprises.

This is an integral leadership position where you will lead the team on major projects for top tier clients in the education and commercial sectors.

**Position Summary**:

We are looking to speak with seasoned Senior Project Manager’s, Project Director’s, or Associate Director’s with a demonstrated history in client-side project management, particularly within the realms of educational and commercial fit-out projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee projects for our prestigious clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take the helm and oversee projects within the educational and commercial fit-out sectors, guiding them from inception to successful completion.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with private schools, educational institutions, and blue-chip commercial entities.
- Ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects while upholding stringent quality standards.
- Leverage your expertise to provide invaluable guidance and deep sector insights.

**Qualifications**:

- A proven track record in client-side project management, with a preference for specialisation in educational and commercial fit-out projects.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects, particularly within the high-stakes landscape of blue-chip enterprises.
- Experience managing a project management team preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain strong client connections.
- Relevant project management certifications or qualifications are highly advantageous.
