An opportunity for an Associate/ Associate Director to join a well regarded consultancy on a permanent basis.

**Your new company**

A rare opportunity exists to join a well-established planning consultancy based in Sydney. They have a strong client base with a variety of ongoing exciting projects and exposure to various niche developments. This business is a market leader with a medium-sized team of talented planners currently in place and are looking for a progressive and self-motivated Associate/ Associate Director to join the team.

**Your new role**

As an Associate/ Associate Director within this nationally recognised business, you will undertake a wide variety of challenging and varied projects across the Sydney metro area while striving to deliver superior outcomes. Tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Statutory advisory and approvals, feasibility assessments and property portfolio reviews
- Management of staff at various levels as required
- Strategic Planning, rezonings and Preparing Statements of Environmental Effects of a significant scale
- Stakeholder management including liaison with councils, developers, and state government agencies.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You must have a relevant tertiary qualification in Urban Planning as well as extensive NSW industry experience working as a Senior Planner. This includes at least 6 - 10 years in a Planning position.
