Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Sydney, NSW, for the role of Associate Director at Alcove Private. The Associate Director will oversee client relationships, develop customized financial strategies, and provide expert guidance on private banking and lending solutions. Key tasks include managing and structuring complex financial portfolios, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities for client growth. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with private banks, lenders, and financial institutions, while ensuring a seamless delivery of exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in financial strategy, private banking, and lending solutions
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and developing tailored financial strategies
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, fund managers, and specialist lending
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial structuring, portfolio management, and analytical problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with advisers, accountants, and legal professionals
  • Understanding of the unique needs of UHNW clients and a commitment to delivering world-class service
