**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for our clients. This involves analysing market trends, identifying target audiences, and developing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviours. Undertake competitor research to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Create marketing plans that outline the tactics and channels to be used for each campaign.
- Develop budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to measure the success of the campaign.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure that marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
- Manage external vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance using a variety of metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, sales revenue, and customer engagement. They use this data to identify areas for improvement and adjust their strategies accordingly.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that that strategies remain relevant and effective.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong analytical skills to analyse market research data, campaign performance metrics, and other data to make informed decisions about marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Creative thinking skills to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and keep everyone on track to ensure that campaigns are executed on time and on budget.
- Strategic thinking skills to see the big picture and develop long-term marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of a marketing campaign are executed flawlessly.
- Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices keeping up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure that strategies remain effective.
- Customer-centric mindset to understand and anticipate customer needs and preferences, and develop campaigns that resonate with their target audience.
- Strong presentation skills to present your marketing plans and campaign results to clients or other stakeholders.
