UX/UI Specialist

**About the role**:
We are looking for a mid-weight UX/UI Specialist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and Product/Website Development. You previously worked across wire-framing, website, Mobile app, digital assets, liaison with development and technical teams to solve functional problems.

You will be joining our growing digital team in a full-time position, working closely with our Head of Product and our Creative Director. You will be part of the ideation, creation, build, and delivery of products and experiences that drive sales and brand engagement for our Wellness platform. You will bring design thinking to various projects in collaboration with the Creative and Technology teams across International markets.

**How you'll make an impact**:

- Gather and evaluate requirements to help develop our website/Product strategy in collaboration with our Head of Product
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
- Translating and building our brand guidelines, design systems, design thinking and attractive user interfaces
- Develop UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components, UI mockups and prototypes
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) using specialised inputs
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct website adjustments based on user feedback
- Familiarity with user research methods e.g. user testing, user interviews, prototype testing is a plus

**Who you are**:

- 3-5 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer for digital products or services
- Bachelorʼs degree in Web Development, Design/UX & UI design or similar
- A passion for elegant, simple and innovative designs with an excellent portfolio of design solutions across multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices.
- Proficient in commonly used design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Understanding of design-thinking concepts, web standards and accessibility
- Intermediate knowledge of user-centered research and design methodologies
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
- Detail oriented, problem solver and customer-centered. Data driven in your approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to colleagues, partners, stakeholders
- Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced environment
- A team player but can work autonomously in a fast pace environment
- Curious around culture, UX, technologies and design trends
- Experience with UX copywriting and user testing is a plus

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $101,000.00 per year
