**About the role**:
A key member of the People Team, you will:

- Assist with the annual remuneration review, STI and LTI processes
- Own benefits programs and support improved offering, including superannuation
- Provide analysis and recommendations for our Support Office and Store and CFC Team Members.
- Assist with Governance and Compliance to ensure Reward process and procedures comply with contracts of employment, EBAs and Awards
- Assist with the implementation of the annual remuneration framework including communication and education of the business.
- Coordinate the job evaluation process.

This position is currently based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).

**About you**:
You will be at least 3 years into your Reward career, you have worked in fast paced, complex environments and have an expert knowledge of remuneration frameworks and processes. Further, extensive experience completing job evaluations including organisational design.

You will be a collaborative and customer focused team member, able to work autonomously, be detail oriented, and enjoys tackling problems with a with a positive mindset.

To be strongly considered for the role, you will also possess:

- Ability to quickly build rapport and effectively communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound understanding of remuneration and benefits frameworks, Hay job evaluation system preferred but other methodologies also considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Experience working within the Success Factors platform will be advantageous
- Intermediate to advanced Excel user
