**About the role**:
Reporting to the People Systems and Analytics Manager, an exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic people systems analyst to join the People Strategy & Services team. In this role, you'll have a focus on both payroll (SuccessFactors ECP) and Time & Attendance (Kronos). You will deliver accurate and timely payroll and time & attendance reporting and analysis. This includes providing specialist advice for complex payroll queries, awards, industrial agreements, and statutory requirements as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to our ways of working. You will also be involved in changes to our payroll system including reconfiguration and testing, as well as creating, coordinating, and distributing Payroll reports to the business. Paying our team members correctly is Officeworks priority. This role has a strong focus on governance and compliance, ensuring there is an appropriate level of monitoring and oversight in all payroll related processes from punch to pay.

Currently, the position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).
