**About the role**:
We are looking for 3 Classroom Essentials Support Specialist to join the Education team on a fixed term contract basis and support our busy Back to school period. The role will be responsible for:

- capturing & accurately inputting a high volume of school list data into the translation tool
- providing timely quotes for Specialists to share with their education customers via an online portal
- entering confirmed orders
- adjusting entered orders including raising returns, reissues, credits, and debits
- maintaining tracking sheets for fulfilment monitoring
- providing after sales service to internal Specialists and external Education customers

**About you**:

- Strong Computer Skills in Excel & data entry
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to change
- Experience in Sales Force and SAP CRM an advantage
