Client Relationship Assistant

**Overview**:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Assistant to support our Client Relationship Managers in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth delivery of services across Employee Plans, Share Registry, and Investor Relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate clear communication across internal departments to meet client needs on time and accurately.
- Proactively manage your client portfolio, taking initiative to anticipate and address issues.
- Ensure seamless project execution by coordinating between departments and mitigating risks.
- Maintain quality control, assist with stakeholder management, and support key projects like AGMs.
- Prepare client reports and ensure timely invoicing of deliverables.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous experience within Financial Services in a Client focused Administration, Associate or Coordination role
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in registry, employee share plans, or investor relations is a plus.
- Finance-related qualifications
