The Electronic Imaging Division has evolved beyond photocopiers to provide our clients with innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across their business operations.

As a Solutions Product Specialist, you will be tasked to grow our solution products portfolio and ensure the profitability of hardware and embedded solutions through effective product development, support, sales training and relationship management.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Establish and communicate how the interdependency of hardware and solutions can enhance our overall value proposition.
- Monitor and analyse industry trends, develop value adding insights that helps the sale of products/solutions.
- Work with external software partners to assist with managing the relationship and the integration of their solutions into our portfolio.
- Working with the Marketing team to identify and build a solution portfolio with “go to market” strategies that complement our core hardware product offering and aligns to the capabilities of the business.

**Other requirements**:

- Extensive experience of Multi-Functional Devices with complimentary solution software
- Experience engaging with product development groups, 3rd party developers and senior management
- Valid Driver's License
- Understanding of documentation/information management workflows

**Qualifications, skills and experience required**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- High level organisational and project management skills
- Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Capability to present professional and effectively to large groups
