**If you were here last week you might have**:

- Processed payrolls ensuring compliance with current legislation, checking and reconciling payroll reports before sending to clients
- Responded professionally and accurately to clients within required time frames and clients agreement for service
- Managed your portfolio of clients and processed payrolls in line with ReadyTech’s internal procedures
- Ensured that client contacts are informed and communicated with regularly on updates to legislation, product enhancements, fixes and changes, including understanding and navigating the system as required
- Invoiced and charged customers correctly for services provided in line with service agreements
- Built and managed superior relationships with clients and have a proactive approach to delighting our customers
- Identified and contributed to continuous process improvement strategies, including the maintenance of procedure documents, checklists and other support documents
- Maintained and updated systems, processed documentation, schedules, checklists, timetables and other client-related documents for smooth operating of the payroll function
- Shared knowledge and collaborated with other Teams / Team Members to promote best practices and consistency both internally and for our customers

**More about you**
- You have extensive Payroll Processing (in a high volume environment)
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are able to deliver against tight deadlines with accuracy
- You have a positive attitude and are a team player, yet you have the ability to work autonomously
- You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You can build strong relationships and have excellent customer service ethics and focus
- You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and have a high level of computer literacy
- You possess sound knowledge of payroll, legislation, enterprise-bargaining agreements, award interpretation and multi-state payroll knowledge
