Working as a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees across three countries. You will work closely with the Finance and People, Performance & Culture team to ensure prompt and accurate services are delivered. To ensure the integrity of the payroll function you will also be required to produce regular reporting as required.

**About the role;**
- Payroll preparation for the group's Australian, New Zealand and Fijian entities.
- Assisting with the preparation of annual salary budgets and annualised salaries
- Fiji tax and superannuation compliance
- Maintaining the Micropay and ConnX payroll systems
- Assisting with financial statement audits and ISO audits

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in a high-volume payroll administration role - 1000 FTE
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and workplace policy regarding Awards, wage payments and associated allowances / penalties
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of software, specifically MS Excel
- Experience processing payroll in International currencies
