As a crucial part of the business, FinDreams Battery was 100% funded by BYD, to provide battery energy solutions to our broader range of clients. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager based in Sydney or Melbourne to grow our sales network in Australia.

**Main responsibilities**

1. Develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share in assigned territory.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts.
3. Provide technical support and training to solar retailers and distributors.
4. Maintain up-to-date sales records/presentations and report to upper management

**Key requirements**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy; Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
2. At least 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development in the solar or renewable industry
3. A Strong network of contacts within the renewable energy, battery, or energy storage industry
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
