**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop and implement testing schedules for vehicles and accessories.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and test facilities to ensure readiness for testing.
- Ensure adherence to testing protocols and industry standards.
- Ensure any third-party testing is conducted in a professional manner and meeting expectations.
- **Test Execution**:

- Supervise and monitor testing activities, including durability, performance, emissions, safety, and environmental tests.
- Analyze test setups to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to generate comprehensive reports.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on test outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of test plans, results, and deviations.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Act as a key liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and external test facilities.
- Communicate test progress and results to stakeholders, including senior management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in vehicle testing or a related field.
- Familiarity with testing procedures for vehicle systems (e.g., powertrain, safety, suspension).
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ADR, UNECE, or ISO.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency with basic automotive repair and maintenance.
- Understanding of vehicle systems and testing environments (e.g., laboratory, track, proving grounds).
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese language would be an advantage

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an accredited testing facility or automotive OEM.
- Knowledge of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle testing protocols.
- Certification in project management or related fields.
