**Territory Manager**

To proactively manage all aspects of the Customer relationships, including Account Action plans, Contract negotiations and providing profitable share of wallet growth within the nominated Power Zone. The primary focus of this role is sales growth of our industrial gases and welding consumable products within a defined power zone by proactive account management, regular customer visits and value creation via customer specific solutions and partnerships. This role is has a mix of 50% account management and 50 %business development responsibilities Responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to;
- Adherence to BOC’s and industrial health & safety regulations - Defend and Grow Powerzone customers. 50% Account Management & 50% Business Development - Price and Contract Management. Ensure contracts are current and active. - Proactively manage contract compliance - Work effectively and prioritise busy workload to ensure targets are being met as expected - Developing strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders - Query resolution to customers’ expectation - Teamwork

- Identify, develop and commercialise growth opportunities in existing customer accounts and new business prospects
- Develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers
- Provide technical support and solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Work collaboratively across internal functions
