**What this job involves**:
In support of our Federal Government Client, the Facilities Coordinator will assist with the co-ordination of facilities management functions in a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Coordination of facilities management as delegated by the Facilities Manager

Ensure that difficulties on site are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities and to the agreed program

Management of soft service and hard services SLAs to ensure all KPIs are met, as per agreed contract

Manage regular workplace and condition inspections ensuring the work items are appropriately entered through Corrigo and completed within relevant SLA’s

Regular interaction with key business unit contacts to ensure service standards are maintained

Complaints management in relation to in-house/service provider managed functions

Deliver excellent customer service to meet stakeholders’ expectations

Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures

Complete, update and maintain applicable web-based management information systems, including uploading various property documentation

Assist in the implementation and management of property risk management program

Strong communicator -possesses strong verbal & written communication skills, also an active listener

Ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines

Knowledge or exposure to building/facilities management would be advantageous although not essential

Highly organised with verbal and written communication skills

Efficient keyboard and data entry skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet research skills

Ability to work with mínimal supervision and grasp new concepts
