Sales Manager

**What’s the role?**

Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and driving commercial strategies and innovative campaign briefs for a portfolio of clients to increase their audience reach and maximise advertising revenue.
- Provide client-focussed media solutions across all of News Corp’s offerings including digital, print, video, podcasts and content integration
- Develop, implement and manage strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Negotiate major deals, identifying new opportunities and areas for business improvement
- Manage renewal of contracts ensuring delivery of key client and business objectives
- Develop deep relationships with key clients to understand objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes,forming long term partnerships in order to drive revenue opportunities
- Resolve issues to ensure key client satisfaction
- Maintain an awareness of competitors and monitor their activities.

**Who you are**
- You will be an experienced and commercially savvy professional who ideally has experience in Agency, Digital and/or Media environments
- You will have a fresh and dynamic approach to driving sales strategies across various platforms for both revenue growth and retention
- You will have outstanding negotiation skills in addition to being able to think strategically and act tactically
- You have experience leading and implementing cross-platform strategic partnerships
- You will be agile, forward-thinking and thrive within a high-performance culture to achieve sales targets and drive results
- You’re a natural networker who understands what is required to build effective relationships.
