**The Position**
We have an exciting opportunity for a General Sales Manager to lead the FIVEaa & Nova 91.9 sales teams in a permanent capacity.
Working in a dynamic sales environment, you’ll be leading a fantastic sales team and be accountable for achieving budgets through the NOVA Entertainment sales process. You will be involved in the coaching and development of your sales staff to generate revenue for our business, and you will need to be able to provide innovative and tailored advertising solutions designed to grow our clients business.
You will be an established and proven media sales leader with senior sales experience. You will be an experienced leader with a passion for developing people. You also need to have demonstrated account management skills with key clients in the Adelaide market, an understanding of planning and be able to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
