About the Role

Help steer our business into the next phase of the connectnow evolution.

As the State Sales Manager based in Adelaide, you will work autonomously and be accountable for the retention and growth of the region, leveraging key partnerships and supporting the connectnow Strategic Roadmap.

Being a dynamic sales leader, and a key player in the wider leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents and industry influencers to deliver high quality, qualified leads from the channel to the connectnow call centre.

Working closely with the National Sales Manager, this role will be the senior sales contact for our major corporate partners within the Adelaide region, and be accountable for managing key messages and activities from connectnow.

What you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with our major real estate partners, while building strategies to enhance the opportunity for growth and create loyalty within the partner network.- Actively engage and contribute to the leadership team on strategies and processes- Be a role model and drive a strong ‘accountability for results’ culture

About You

You are a passionate people leader, who enjoys leading, coaching and developing sales teams to drive continued success. You can drive a high-performance culture, is innovative and think outside the box. You have a strong understanding of performance metrics, coaching and development, leading change and the ability to resolve people, operational, technical and customer issues.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Track record of achievement in a sales leadership role- accountable, approachable, autonomous and collaborative working style- Experience in developing collaborative relationships at multiple levels of an organisation.- Outstanding communication written and spoken skills, with the ability to communicate on all levels- Attention to detail with a quality service focus
