We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in marketing while contributing to exciting campaigns and initiatives that drive our brand forward.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Campaign Support & Execution**
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Help manage marketing calendars and project timelines
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners

**Content Creation & Management**
- Assist with graphic design tasks using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Maintain and update website content and marketing collateral
- Support video content creation and editing for various marketing channels

**Digital Marketing & Analytics**
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and KPIs
- Support paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads

**Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Compile and analyze marketing data to inform strategy decisions

**Administrative Support**
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows
- Manage marketing budgets and expense tracking
- Support internal communications and marketing team operations

**Required Qualifications and Skills**

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of marketing experience (internships and entry-level roles considered)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
