We are seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to join our team at our Bankstown Showroom. This is a permanent part-time opportunity (35 hours/week) working across five days.
**We want to hear from you if you**:
- Have a proven sales track record and have completed sales training to become a true sales professional.
- Have assistant management experience
- Are a top-level sales professional, not an order taker.
- Motivated to close sales with a strong desire to earn commission.
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, optimistic, and love the art of selling.
- Are immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment.
- Are able to work on weekends and enjoy time off during the week.
- Have a desire to train and develop a team.
**Your role is about**:
- Supporting the showroom manager to ensure the smooth operation of the showroom
- Training and developing of new staff
- Maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service and selling.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' home furnishing needs.
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships to close more sales.
