**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Officer to join our team. This role will focus on identifying marketing opportunities and developing strategic marketing plans to promote Show Tile's products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify marketing opportunities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with company objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing detailed reports and recommendations
- Manage the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing programs across various channels
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to marketing objectives
- Liaise with advertising agencies, marketing services suppliers, and other external vendors
- Provide expert advice to management on marketing strategies and potential return on investment
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to extend market reach
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a marketing role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
