Your new company is a leading pioneer in the technology market. With business segments providing advanced defence and commercial technologies across air, land, sea, space and cyber domains, this company has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to join their team based in Brisbane.

**Your new role**

In your role as a Quality/HSE Coordinator you will be supporting, developing and co-ordinating the Quality Management Strategy, standards, procedures, processes, systems, and plans including Quality Planning and quality improvement.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring and tracking all outstanding Audit findings and working with various functions to help close audit findings
- Entering and tracking new items on the OFI register from Customer Feedback, Internal Audits, Internal Inspections, External Audits and External Inspections, OHS Incidents
- Maintain and update all Quality documents in the Integrated Management System in SharePoint
- Assist with the creation, delivery, and ongoing improvements of the QMS
- Monitor Quality processes and procedures and recommend improvements and efficiencies
- Maintain Audit Calendar and Schedule
- Assist the Quality Manager with Re-Certification and Annual Surveillance Audits
- Maintain and update NCR and CAPA Registers
- Recording of Meeting Minutes for all Quality Meetings
- Maintain IMS SharePoint Site
- Administrative support to the Quality Team, including diary management, meeting room bookings, catering, forms etc.
- AdHoc Quality/Administrative tasks as required

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will possess previous experience as in a Quality role within the Defence Industry.

You will also possess:

- Strong administrative background
- Intermediate level knowledge across Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in navigating and maintaining MS SharePoint sites
- Experience in the management and administration of ISO 9001:2015 Standard
