**Your new company**
A leading engineering and consulting groups who specialise in public transport and mobility solutions are currently looking for a HSE Admin on a contract basis to assist the HSEQ Manager in an upcoming audit. There is an excellent opportunity to join this company immediately.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for administration and coordination of the IMS management system, and documentation along with facilitation of certifications and accreditations.
Your role will include:
- Maintenance of the IMS for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and procedures, in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Maintain the IMS document management system ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
- Ensure all project teams are working in a standardised approach to the approved processes.
- Assist with the development, review and improvement of IMS procedures and processes.
- Maintain IMS registers and assist in IMS reporting (local & global)
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary Work Health Safety Qualification (such as Certificate IV in WHS)
- Prior experience in a WHS/HSE Administrator role
- High level administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in operating under and maintaining an ISO 9001 Quality Management System Experience working on ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management Systems
