**About you**:
Join our team in a site-based role on a variety of Pensar’s SEQ projects. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person looking for accountability and diversify in complex construction.

We are looking for a highly competent and committed HSE Advisor who demonstrates in ensuring all safety requirements are implemented and fulfilled across a number of construction projects. You bring energy and experience but also new ideas, innovation and a growth mindset.

You are team-focused, self-motivated and get great results via effective prioritisation of tasks and time management. You are known for your accuracy, commercial acumen and good understanding of the safety aspects that strengthen a successful construction project. You are passionate about your work and are fully accountable for the results achieved, being excited by the prospect of adding value to our diverse business.

**What you need**:

- Qualifications and experience in Work Health and Safety and Environmental (Minimum a Certificate 4 in a Health and Safety specialty)
- 2 years minimum in a similar HSE Safety role within the construction industry
- Robust knowledge of construction legislation and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills - able to coordinate with the Site Supervisors and Project Management team in ensuring all project undertakings are in line with the project HSE plans
- Willingness to travel outside SEQ, when required
- Able to interact and support a diverse team of skilled trades and subbies, adding value with everything "safety" related
- Commitment, energy, and drive
- Proven track record of working to strict deadlines and undertaking HSE site inspections and assessments
- Excellent and above average I.T and Administration skills and capacities
- Report, document, and identify actions as necessary, and ensure they are implemented
