About the Role
- The Data Maintenance Officer supports quality management and data integrity of multiple health systems through a multidisciplinary team approach throughout the Bayside Health care facilities.
- Perform data maintenance activities utilising the Digital Record (ieMR), HBCIS and QMPI to ensure data quality and patient safety, for the merging and linking of patient records and regular liaison with clinical and administrative staff.
- Conduct quality audits and activities as directed by Manager Med Records or Senior Health Information Manager.
- Participate in accreditation processes, service planning, continuing education, quality improvement and other departmental and team activities, research and special projects as required.
