**The Company**
We’ve partnered with a financial services company specialising in small business lending. They believe in empowering small Australian businesses with effective, efficient and simple lending solutions.

They have won a stack of awards in the Fintech space and are passionate about providing an easy end to end lending service that sets their clients up to succeed.

**The Role**

Established career progression opportunity, after a short period of six months in the Sales Support team, you will then step up into a Loan Sales Specialist position.

**About You**
- Experience in a customer service role with a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
- Excellent phone manner with outstanding rapport building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a hunger to succeed
