An immediate start opportunity has become available with this reputable global brand. Supporting a senior team member who has taken up a long-term secondment, covering a large transformation project, you will step into a key role providing operational support to the Employee Services function for ANZ for the execution of travel and employee expenses, transactional support and fleet operations support.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Process employee travel and business expenses
- Act as local point of contact for Manager’s for travel and business expense claims enquiries
- Assist with disputes relating to Accounts Payable enquiries
- Fleet operations administration and reporting
- Support the internal and external audit
- Ad hoc administrational duties
- Experience in Transactional Services and Operations, Shared Services finance and/or Fleet Management
- Experience with SAP, MS Office, Ariba and Concur systems
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable and committed
- Accounting/Finance qualification preferred
- Available for an immediate start
