
Inbound Sales Support Officer

About The Role
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience in an inbound call centre environment representing the first impression of the SG Fleet Group. Qualifying inbound enquiries and direct them to the appropriate business units with a friendly, helpful manner. The team is the first point of contact for prospective sales enquiries along with customers who have placed an order and works closely with Novated sales and Operations.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries received via phone and email.
- Direct the day-to-day customer enquiries with relevant record keeping, assigning action and follow through, ensuring an excellent level of customer service is maintained.
- Prequalify sales opportunities to ascertain key information regarding the customer or prospect. Support process efficiency by recording detailed notes in the system.
- Enter customer data across multiple platforms maintaining the integrity and currency of customer information.
- Sales administrative activities supporting the Novated team efficiency and its ability to achieve targets.
- Utilise systems, tools, training and coaching available to continuously improve sales and service levels.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Computer literacy with basic administration skills
- Customer service experience desirable, preferably gained in a call centre environment with a sales focus
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including excel is ideal
