**About the role**:
We are seeking a full time Retail Coordinator to join our team based at Welshpool, who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of Retail Operations. This includes planning and managing workflow to ensure efficient operations, performing daily tasks to deliver quality customer service, and providing expert advice on product selection in line with company guidelines. The role demands maintaining an exceptional level of service to both external and internal customers while adhering to standard company policies and procedures. Operating within the scope of knowledge, the Retail Coordinator supports the overall success of the retail team by upholding high standards and fostering a positive customer experience.

**The key responsibilities of the role are**:

- Coordinate daily retail operations, including stock control and inventory management.
- Supervise and guide direct reports in their daily activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice on product selection.
- Handle phone and POS counter sales transactions efficiently.
- Manage the daily setup and closure of POS systems and cash registers.
- Assist with end-of-month banking and financial reconciliation.
- Generate worksheets for retail stock replenishment and sales orders.
- Support stock merchandising by accessing stock locations, balances, and labeling through company programs.
- Unload courier trucks and manage retail stock deliveries.
- Maintain compliance with management directives, company policies, and regulatory requirements, including Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental standards.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Minimum 2 years previous specialist retail sales experience in the Caravan and RV industry (or similar) would be ideal although not essential.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to problem solve and deliver solutions.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- The ability to learn quickly and develop exceptional product knowledge.
- Current Driver's License.
- Certificate in Retail or Retail Operations would be an advantage but not essential.
- Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
