**Role Description**:
As the company scales its footprint across Australia, we are seeking an experienced **Retail Manager** to lead the day-to-day operations of our car wash and detailing outlets. This is a customer facing leadership role responsible for managing teams, ensuring service excellence, driving sales and executing smooth operational performance across sites.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations across one or more outlets.
- Lead and manage frontline staff, including detailers, cashiers and service coordinators.
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, procurement, inventory control and vendor relationships.
- Monitor and improve KPIs including revenue, customer retention, service times and feedback scores.
- Handle customer issues, resolve complaints and ensure timely service delivery.
- Implement marketing campaigns, upsell services and drive customer engagement.
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene and quality protocols.
**Skill Level Requirements**:
- Minimum **3+ years** of retail or service outlet management experience.
- Prior experience in the automotive, hospitality or franchise operations space will be highly regarded.
- Strong people management and team leadership skills.
- Proven track record of hitting sales and customer service targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, scheduling tools and MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
