Awards Winner. We have 4 showroom locations in Perth and 3 showroom locations in Broome
which includes Western Australia’s #1 Tourism Attraction Willie Creek Pearl Farm.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to coordinate our growing Online Jewellery Retail Store
for our unique West Australian product. You will be passionate about customer service, a love of
jewellery with an amazing ability to connect with audiences through online channels.
Our Ecommerce Coordinator is integral to the management of our online business as we prepare for
the future.
A hardworking go getter with a collaborative attitude, who is an outcome driven individual,
continuously seeking opportunities to optimise the shopping experience, driving revenue conversion
and ultimately the overall success of the online channel will be successful in this position.
This role incorporates working both autonomously and with direction, with responsibility for the
below
- Co-ordinating online store sales, returns and exchanges, including dispatching online orders
- Controlling and managing our Loyalty Program
- Product merchandising on website and social media platforms
- Reviewing, adding, and amending stock details /content where required
- Controlling the integrated software systems to ensure system functionality
- Back-office assistance with daily operations for retail sales and manufacturing departments
- Product enrichment and imagery uploads
- Contribution to strategy
- Reporting

**Applicants will need to have the below previous experience**:

- 1-2 years of eCommerce experience
- Experience using an Ecommerce platform Shopify or similar
- Demonstrated experience in optimising website sales and performance with a strong focus

to deliver sale results
- Basic understanding of eCommerce protocols (SEO, CRM)
- Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in liaising and building strong relationships with customers
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Previous experience in a retail and digital environment
