Our Melbourne Service Department is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our highly successful team.
As the FST Manager you will be well versed with delivering exceptional customer service via a dedicated team of technical and administrative staff. Your focus is to increase customer retention and contribute to the growth of the service business. As a leader, you will ensure your team are compliant, trained, fully equipped, and supported in delivering complete customer satisfaction. Ongoing evaluation and refinement of systems/processes/service deliverables will ensure continuous improvement is maintained and the business remains at the forefront.
**As the FST Manager, your KPI’s will focus on**: Productivity, Financial, Environmental Health and Safety, Customer Service, Human Relations and Compliance.
A track record and a sound knowledge of the requirements of the Australian Standards relating to fire systems would be advantageous.
**What we are looking for**:
Service Management experience
A demonstrable record in achieving budgets whilst ensuring client satisfaction
Excellent management of staff and subcontractors
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management and pc skills.
A strong commitment to safety, quality, environment, and customer relationships
Experience in the fire or building services industries would be highly regarded
You will be a commercially focused, self-starting team player who enjoys dealing directly with clients whilst ensuring both the clients and company needs are met or exceeded. In return you will receive a competitive remuneration package together with fantastic career opportunities.
