**Sales Manager - Bakers Delight East Bentleigh**

We have a delightful opportunity available now for a hardworking and enthusiastic full time Sales Manager to join our team at Bakers Delight **East Bentleigh**.

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage the sales team to provide delight customer service, to drive sales and to be responsible for the overall sales function of the bakery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail sales expert to sink their teeth into this important management role.

**To be successful in this ‘roll’, you will**:

- Be a strong verbal and written communicator
- Be able to influence, motivate and inspire a team
- Be proud of your strong customer service skills, be able to upsell and have strategic sales skills
- Provide personalised service to delight each and every customer
- Have previous experience in a similar role (but bakery experience is not a requirement)
- Seek a rewarding career in the retail industry.

You’ll be comfortable leading a team to deliver delightful service, achieve results and meet targeted budgets. Working part time or full time, hours may be spread across the week (and weekend), with some early mornings and late evenings.

Your outgoing personality, friendly demeanour and ‘can do’ attitude are the key ingredients for success in this ‘roll’
