**About the role**
This position will see you delivering high calibre support across most Performance & Reward (P&R) activities, including but not limited to employee share plans, cyclical performance & reward reviews, benchmarking and reward compliance.

As the Share Plan Analyst you will:

- Share plans: Support in the administration and communication of share plans for employees across different levels.
- Share plans: Investigate and respond to employee share plan related queries.
- Share plans: Liaise with external vendors to ensure employee queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Share plans: Support the calculation of equity grants and reporting requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the P&R team to ensure high quality data is maintained within SuccessFactors, including reporting & liaising with the broader people team to inform & follow up on data maintenance requirements.
- Support the cyclical activities of the P&R review including managing timelines, preparing supporting material for business leaders & the people team and leveraging reports to provide insights to the business throughout the cycle.
- Work collaboratively with the P&R team to ensure high quality data is maintained within SuccessFactors, including reporting & liaising with the broader people team to inform & follow up on data maintenance requirements.
- Use the Hay Group methodology to thoroughly benchmark or job slot new or updated positions as required.

**About you**
You will have the ability and confidence to work with large data sets and have proven experience working in an environment where reports and data are required to be designed, extracted and presented in a meaningful way for various audiences.

You’ll also have:

- A relevant Tertiary Degree/Qualification e.g. HR, Commerce, Psychology.
- Previous equity plan experience in either a remuneration function or share plan services provider
- In depth reporting & analytical abilities using multiple data sets.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience (formulas/pivot tables/vlookups).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS is highly desirable.
- Use of Powerpoint/Google Slides to prepare supporting materials is highly desirable.
