**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Planning Analyst**to join our Customer Operations team. Reporting to our Continuous Improvement Manager, we are looking for a result oriented professional with problem solving skills and strong analytical skills. This is a stand-alone role and requires a strong communicator with multi-tasking abilities and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

We have a hybrid work set up with flexible working options and option of 2 days work from home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan safety stock and reorder point levels to ensure continuity of supply and meet service level requirements in all vans, sites and warehouses at the lowest total cost.
- Evaluate customer consumable supply requirements and implement buffer stock or site stock as required.
- Partner with the consumable management team to develop and implement an optimal consumable management program tailored to the customer's needs.
- Use Master Data Management principles to maintain one source of truth for data.
- Maintain processes and tools to ensure data quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness).
- Provide analysis and information to support business decisions and manage performance.
- Develop and support reporting solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes. Work with process owners to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Demand forecasting and distribution planning experience.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and related systems.
- Demonstrated experience in reporting, analysis and master data management.
- APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning & Inventory Management) or APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) will be desirable
